Library

In addition to offering dedicated social and study space for students throughout the year, the Lounge also features a library of classical sources available for perusal and public use.

Here, you will be able to find …

  1. A dedicated collection of all past Plebeian publications, free to read and take home.
  2. A 450-book strong collection of primary texts, dictionaries, and general reference books pertaining to the classical world (as well as some other fun goodies for you to discover!).

These books are available to read whenever the Lounge is open, and can also be signed out if you should desire to take them out of the lounge or use them for any period of more than four hours.

Official CLASSU Catalogue of all available library books.

Borrowing Form for signing out books and a Return Form for bringing them back.

(NOTE: THE BORROWING FEATURE IS CURRENTLY OFFLINE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE FROM THE DEPARTMENT AND PUBLIC HEALTH OFFICIALS).

We take great pride in our Library and ask that you be mindful of this wonderful public resource, taking great care not to damage the books or remove them from the lounge without filling out an application.
